The course centers around the question of "Project Manager and Business Analyst--who does what?"
We explore the answer with project simulations, elicitation practice, and reflection on participants' past involvement in projects. The course provides fundamental project management and business analyst concepts as well as the frameworks that guide both specalties.
Participants gain an appreciation for the collaboration between business analysts and project managers that make projects successful. Learners become more effective contributors by:
